Refund & Return Policy
iLounge PK, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if:
The item is unused and in original condition
The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
All original packaging, accessories, and invoice are included
The item is not damaged by misuse or accident
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened accessories (e.g., earphones, power banks, chargers)
Software, licenses, and digital products
Items with physical damage after delivery
Products not purchased from iLounge PK
3. Return Process
To request a return:
Email us at returns@iloungepk.com within 7 days of delivery
Include your Order ID, product name, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
Wait for confirmation and return instructions
Ship the item back to us at your own cost (unless return is due to our error)
Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method (bank transfer, card, etc.).
5. Exchanges
We allow exchanges for defective or wrong items delivered, based on product availability. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product:
Report it within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos/videos of the damage
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund if eligible
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
